We are in the process of buying a brand new house and we have put ours in as a part ex.Everything has been going along really smoothly and we are hoping to move in in October ----it is about up to roof stage now!Anyhow, today i got a call from the lady in the sales office(wont say which builder on here!) and she said that…

Thanks again everyone. I really was thinking when i got the call(as you do when you dont have a clue like me!!) that worse case scenario(if there was no planning permission and it was needed after 20 years) the builders would pull out of buying our house and we would, yet again, be back to square one!!I feel 100% happier now!! x
