God help any one dealing with Paddy Power, it has taken me 2 weeks numerous emails and phone calls to close my account.
The service I received is appalling.

I don't understand why the bookmaker doesn't just return the balance of the account to the bank account it originally came from rather than just put it in their own account. They have all the details and it is just returning the money to the rightful owner.

If you definitely don't want to use an account again-tell them you want to self exclude because you want to control your gambling better and it will be closed immediately-guaranteed,This is usually the route for problem gamblers!!!
