So I submitted my appeal online to UKPC via their website on 18 March, using the template letter from this forum and I just received a letter today saying that there was no attachment with my appeal. Firstly, the website definitely showed it had uploaded when I submitted and secondly, why WRITE to me, why not email me much sooner than 1 month later and ask me to resubmit????
Is this standard for UKPC, and if so, any advice on the best way of expediting this so that I can get it sorted and forget all about it?
