After Downloading the claim letter on MSE sent it of to Halifax in July 2012 seems such a long time ago, they wrote back saying sorry we where not due any money back. So we just accepted this decsion as it was from 1995 and it had always annoyed me that we where made take ppi for the mortgage to go through was the mortgage advisor words. Low and behold got a letter this week saying they have reassed our claim and are now sending us a cheque.
