trying to tighten toilet seat with no visible fixings

Its a Roca dama toilet with soft close seat and all we can see (using a mirror) is a couple of small holes which we are using an Allen key to tighten. This does not seem to be working as the seat soon comes loose again.
Does anyone please have any idea how to access the fixings so we can fully tighten the seat?

You’d need the make of toilet seat? but here are a few roca seat fitting instruction more available on there site
