Anyone else have we fibre broadband? Ours went down last night and will not reconnect.
Any ideas?

Is the phone working? If not, you have a local line fault, not a broadband fault-report it to your line rental provider.No free lunch, and no free laptop

Mines been down since last Wednesday - after numerous attempts and literally hours on hold, I got through to 'customer service' as they like to call it on Friday night - they said it'd be back Saturday afternoon but it hasn't the issue is affecting all EE customers to the point that the adviser didn't even take my number or post code to check whether it might be a local fault.0
