After my complain for my husband account, in one week time bank get in touch with my husband by email and after phone call send him money. Same day I send complain for me and my husband. With me bank contact only after 5 weeks and just after I call to bank and ask how my complain is gone. Now I waiting for letter with calculating. And one more letter still wait - for charges return, so think I call them next week to speed up my case
