Samsonite suitcases

We bought 3 of the solid plastic suitcases about 12 years ago, they've been very good other than occasionally a lock breaks. Whenever this has happened we nip to the local samsonite retailer, and they give us the Samsonite phone number, we phone and a replacement lock is in the post immediately completely free of charge.

The last time was 6 months ago.

We never expected this length of customer service.

Our Samsonite hard plastic cases are around 15 years old and still going strong. They are scratched and scraped thanks to the frisbee airport baggage handlers but otherwise are in very good condition.......the wheels, handles and locks all working well.

They are expensive:rolleyes: but we bought ours at sale time or at outlet prices......to make them affordable.;)

I am not connected to the Samsonite company, just a satisfied customer.
