Not withdrawn as far as I know, but if you've had one reach its anniversary, it will have been converted to a lesser savings account with the same account number. You should be able to open a new regular saver.

Won't allow you to open a new one until it converts to a normal one. I was able to on that day and set up the new SO payment details from my 123, since amended to the 1st.

I opened a new one yesterday after my old one paid out on Wednesday

I had to wait until the day after the previous one converted to an easy saver, it gave an error when I tried to open new one on day old one changed to easy saver.
