    wonderful idea, except i have only just gotten to my first year with them, plus the on line bills i have are hopelessly wrong... recent readings a day before the previous...

    at this point they now want to bill me £96 a month to make up the difference, so i'm off to a new supplier...

    i've no probs either with an increase, it would be nice to be told there was an increase coming, and its doesn't count if isays so you a computer in BG office, but not on my bill...

    and i've no probs paying for what i've used, just dislike !!!! poor customer service,
