So have you calculated it for yourself then? Presumably you know how many kWh you use per annum and the cost of the units. You should be telling them how much your DD should be per month.

wonderful idea, except i have only just gotten to my first year with them, plus the on line bills i have are hopelessly wrong... recent readings a day before the previous...
at this point they now want to bill me £96 a month to make up the difference, so i'm off to a new supplier...0 -
Yep, ditto. Nothing more annoying than a customer going mad because the idiot agent who actioned the sale set the DD at £20 when it should have been £40 and they've got an increase.
i've no probs either with an increase, it would be nice to be told there was an increase coming, and its doesn't count if isays so you a computer in BG office, but not on my bill...
and i've no probs paying for what i've used, just dislike !!!! poor customer service,0
