I've dealt with the lolly-pop-stick people, they were very friendly.

Always use them but always buy genuine cartridges so that may not help you.Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.0

Hi, I use them and have never had any problems. I use their compatible cartridges for an old HP deskjet printer.
I have also bought their refill kits, which are a bit messy but do give you two or three extra uses of one cartridge.0 -
