Bi-fold doors - advice & recommendations please

My advice would be to get them fitted by the manufacturer as you will then have a guarantee. It might cost more but bifolds seem to be notorious for sticking issues.

We have aluminium bifolds with internal blinds. They operate with magnetic roller blocks through the glass,simple and effective. The electric ones add more cost and probably wont last as long and take an age to go up.
Ours have a 10 year guarantee on the blinds which is pretty good but cost and ours added almost a grand to to the price on a 4 meter opening with 4 leafs.

Very pleased and had them fully opened up over the weekend. Its nice being able to sunbathe whilst still indoors watching tv !
