Getting change

I have a small business and used to change my notes to coins via the post office as my "bank" Santander doesnt keep change.......
The post office has now stopped doing this, if I go to another bank I have to have an account. Does anyone have any ideas please? Short of rounding up all the people who have bags of loose change I dont know what to do.

Barclays are still giving change but they did mention a couple of weeks back that they're going to start charging for it.0
