  1. This competition is only open to residents of the UK (excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man) aged 18 years and over. Proof of age may be required.
  2. This promotion is not open to employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, any agencies of the Promoter or anyone professionally connected to the promotion.
  3. No purchase necessary. To enter this competition, please visit https://www.muller.co.uk/oneaday and play the Anagram Game. Entrants must unscramble anagrams to reveal correct words within the allocated time. Entrants can play the Anagram Game as many times as they like, however, they can only enter the competition once a week. If entrants correctly complete 5 Anagram words within the allocated time, then they will be offered a chance to enter the competition if they have not already entered that week. If entrants already have an account with Müller they can simply accept the terms and conditions and log in to enter. If the entrant is new to Müller, then they will be required to set up an account to enter after accepting the terms and conditions. Once an account has been set up the entrant can simply log in to enter in subsequent weeks. Entries may only be submitted in this way.
  4. This competition will run over 13 weeks. The 13 weekly draws will be held on 13th August, 20th August, 27th August, 3rd September, 10th September, 17th September, 24th September, 1st October, 8th October, 15th October, 22nd October, 29th October and 5th November and will identify the 13 winners of the hampers. Entry to the competition commences on 6th August 2007 and will close at midnight on 12th August 2007 and so on. Final closing date to enter a weekly competition is midnight 4th November 2007. Entry to the first weekly prize draw will commence on 6th August and close at midnight on 12th August. Entry for each subsequent weekly draw will commence at 00.01 on the day following the preceding draw and will close at midnight 6 days later. The draw for the draw for the holiday will be held on 5th November 2007.
  5. There are 13 hampers available (one a week). Each prize includes a hamper worth £500 including one bottle of champagne, one 4GB iPod Nano (earphones, USB 2.0 Cable, Dock adapter and Quick Start Guide included), one bottle of DKNY Apple B perfume, one bottle of DKNY Apple B aftershave, one Motorola KRZR phone (no extras included), one REN Grapefruit Skin Duo (body wash and body butter cream), one Green Experience voucher worth £49 (over 35 gifts and experiences to choose from). All these prizes come delivered in a full buff triple weave willow basket with one clasp leather fastening, handle and hinges.
  6. All correct weekly competition entries received for the Anagram Game will be automatically entered into a holiday free prize draw. Therefore, a competition entrant has up to 13 chances of winning the holiday prize. Final closing date to enter for the holiday prize is midnight 4th November 2007.
  7. The prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize at the Promoter’s discretion.
  8. There is one holiday prize available. Prize includes a holiday for two adults only (over 18s only) to St. Lucia, this includes two return economy flights from London to St. Lucia, return transfers from airport to hotel, 7 nights in 5* accommodation with a twin / double room, daily breakfast included, Banana and Fruit Plantation Excursion (to be arranged upon arrival) and comprehensive travel insurance. Prize does not include return transfers from home to airport. The prize is subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize at the Promoter’s discretion. The prize is valid until December 2008 excluding Christmas, Easter and all Bank Holidays.
  9. All correct weekly competition entries received for the Anagram Game will be automatically entered into a holiday free prize draw.
  10. Availability of travel and accommodation cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to availability at the time of booking. The Promoter shall not be liable to any extent for any failure, cancellation, discontinuance or delay affecting the competition which occurs due to some act or omission outside the control of the Promoter. The Promoter, its servants, and/or agents shall not be liable for any claims arising from lost, stolen or cancelled travel tickets or vouchers.
  11. For the hamper prize, weekly prize draw winners will be chosen from all correct competition entries received by the weekly closing date. One winner will be randomly selected each week by an independent judge. For the holiday prize, one winner will be selected from all correct competition entries received during the entire competition up to the final closing date. Winners will be chosen at random and the draw will be held under independent supervision.
  12. To the fullest extent permissible by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or sustained as a result of participation in or use of any prize. The Promoter does not recommend or guarantee the performance of any contractual or other obligations of any third parties associated with the prize and shall not be liable for any fraud committed by any third party.
  13. There is no cash alternative to the prizes available.
  14. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  15. Winners for the hamper will be notified by post or email within 7 days of the closing date for that week. The winner of the holiday will be notified by post or email within 28 days of the final closing date.
  16. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or damaged. Illegible, incomplete or altered entries will be disqualified. The Promoter cannot confirm the validity of entries. Acceptance of these terms and conditions and the entry instructions is a condition of entry.
  17. All entries will become the property of the Promoter. No entries can be returned or copied to the entrant.
  18. The personal details of entrants will be used solely for the distribution of prizes and in order to make winners’ names and cities available for public inspection and not for future direct marketing purposes. The name and city of each prize winner will be available by sending a SAE to One a Day Orchard, Carlson Marketing, 220 Park Avenue, Aztec West, Almondsbury, Bristol, BS32 4SY after, England from 3rd December 2007.
  19. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the terms and conditions. Entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
  20. Winners may be required to agree to participate in all required publicity.
  21. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion without notice at its discretion.
