Question on CGT share matching rules

Hello,
I sold 1000 shares on 1st April, sold another 1000 on 10th April, and then bought 1000 back on 11th April. Would the CGT share matching rules match the purchase with the first sale or the second? If either, can I choose which?
Thanks

Erm 10th and 11th April are in the new tax year ?0

I know that. This is regarding the bed and breakfasting rule.0

10th/11th April are less than 30 days away from the 1st of April, so I'm still not sure what your question is, even in the context of B&B ?
I think it's the earliest match and there's no choice.
Anyway, CG/APP10 is probably the HMRC document you're after.0
