Last week i contacted Costco regarding a External ornamental Led tree which i purchased for the festive season last year,it has eight screw in branches which have fitted LED lights to advise two had ceased to work,they offered a refund straight away.
I told the lady it was fastened to my decking and would if possible like to get two replacement branches,within 48 Hours they called back to advise two branches are on their way from China and will be delivered to my House
Well Done Costco,would have been easier for them to give a refund but we like the tree

That's brilliant, above and beyond. I've never been in a Costco but have heard several reports of them providing excellent customer service.

With reference to Costco,s customer service i forgot to mention a few months ago our Tefal air fryer broke,when we went to replace it from Costco i mentioned to the check out operator the last one i purchased only lasted eighteen months,i hope this one is better,he replied did you get it from here,yes, but i do not have the receipt,no issues he traced it on the computer and i was given the replacement free of charge.
