Tips - Deal with call centres queues

To jump the queue when calling the companies below simply;
PRESS the '0' or '#' keys repeatedly in quick succession and you should get straight through to the next available operator!

... on a Freephone number, too. Trouble is, from memory one has to earn pretty substantial amounts, paid into the account, to qualify.

I get regular phone calls after speaking to them, asking for feedback. Trouble is, imagine my good feedback goes into the general Barclays pot and makes their customer service look better than it is - gather it's a bit mixed for normal account holders.0 -
When I used to bank with Halifax, I rang a number found on saynoto0870. It was an 0113 number, which is Leeds and in their huge call centre to the north of the city centre. Went to the switchboard and asked for the product (credit cards etc) customer service and went straight to an advisor.This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
