    You come on here saying your case isreally simple and easy therefore you are doing it yourself and then you make statements and ask questions which show tat you really don't know what you are talking about.

    Co-Op? Honestly? And you want it done quickly? Why then go with a company who may make you wait weeks just to do your factfind?

    There is no shame in using a broker - it makes a lot of sense.

    I'm using the Post Office, they've got decent rates and have been pretty good so far. Got a AIP and an appointment with a mortgage advisor over the phone within a few days.

    As a broker I was able to get a client a full mortgage offer in under 3 full working days with a lender last month.

    It would have taken them nearly 10 times that just to get an appointment to see them.

    Dont quote me on a month to get an appointment with co-op - that was last month. It could be more or less now.
