Is this the best thing for my savings?

I currently have a Barclays current account and about £5000 in ISA's.
I've just opened a TSB classic plus account a few weeks ago, using the full £2000, taking £500 out one day and putting it in the next day of the month.
I planned on opening a new account just for the interest, that I plan on taking out the first of each month.
I saw today that Barclays Blue Rewards it being started and I could pay the £3 charge and get £7 each month back, gaining £4 month.
So then I though right I'll put that all in to a savings account.
So I plan on opening a M&S current account so I can get the M&S monthly saver. Putting the interest/ money back in each month and money from one of my ISA's each month making it a total of £250 going in each month.
Is this my best option? I only have 2 direct debits a month and earn £350 a month minimum (it all depends on overtime).

You've got tsb, can also have nationwide at 5% for £2500, Lloyd's at 4%, tesco at 3% plus regular savers. All will give better rates than your ISA.Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.0
