How to get rid of deals popups on Ebay please

Browsing Ebay I am being driven mad by the sudden appearance of these Deals popups. Says powered by Saleplus. I've looked on the Control Panel to see if there is a program to uninstall but nothing that looks suspicious. Running Windows 8. Can anyone help please?

If you use Chrome or Firefox you can install adblocker or adblocker plus, that will sort them out. Even the large banner at the top of myebay page goes giving you more usable screen space.0

Try downloading installing, updating then running malwarebytes (free version https://www.malwarebytes.org/mwb-download/). You have the saleplus adware lurking on your PC.0
