Hi, I have a Samsung Galaxy note 10.1 GT-N8010 which is failing to boot.
When I switch it on, it just shows the black boot screen with "Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1" across it. If I reboot, same thing comes up. It has no SD card installed.
I have searched online, but can't find anything which would help me.
Any ideas?

Thanks for your post, I tried these but they did not help. I think it is going to have to take a trip down to the Samsung store0 -
What about the battery when you plug the charger in .0

The trouble is that I can't get the battery out as it is the tablet. But when I plug the charger in, it just recharges the battery and then the same thing happens. If I unplug, it behaves in the same way. It doesn't make any difference.
Going to take it to my nearest Samsung shop and see what they say as is only just over 2 years old and I would have expected it to last slightly longer given how much I paid for it. Fingers crossed!0 -
You done the press and hold power button, if it does not re-boot, you keep it held down for 3 cycles and then the re-load screen should show.I do Contracts, all day every day.0

Your rights under Sale of Goods are against the vendor .Samsung's extra warranty is a limited warranty .
So if they reject then you would require a engineers report to support any claim against the vendor .0
