Wowcher Rip off

I bought a Wowcher offer for a wedding photography package at Christmas for £299.00. I didn't have a date set at that point but on the email from Wowcher it said the offer was valid until 30/04/15. I tried to book the photographer this week but was told he was unavailable for that date.
I then asked Wowcher for a refund but was told by Wowcher as it was over 30 days I was only entitled to 50% as a Wowcher credit.
This term was not mentioned on the email from Wowcher with the code or the receipt I received from Wowcher after the purchase.
I feel scammed and completely ripped off!
Do I have any come back ?

Scammed and ripped off in one sentence
Why leave it until the last minute to book?0 -
I only just confirmed the wedding date this week and I knew the voucher was valid until the end of this month.
I was attempting to book the photographer for April 2016.0 -
You have met the T&Cs required by the voucher and tried to book within the timeframe.
What does it say in the T$Cs about if the date is not available? Obviously you choose your wedding date based on location availability, not photographer availability, so you should be due a FULL refund as the service you have paid for cannot me met.
Time for a "letter before action" to wowcher.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -

Wowcher have now offered me a 100% credit which makes me think they are on shaking ground not offering a refund.
I have gone through the T&Cs but I cannot find anything related specifically to case such as mine.
Could anyone point me in the direction of the a suitable template letter?0 -
