Disappeared debt on credit file

Options
Hi everyone.

I'm debt free now but had a halifax credit card (as well as another 2 credit cards). I went onto an arrangement with CCCS and paid it all off about 2 years ago (the account had a default) and it has been on my records up till this month on my Noddle credit record. It has just disappeared which is really odd. I know people can query an account being on and a default being added.
I have 2 options:
a) Raise it with Noddle and the account (and default!) may be put back on my account
b) stay quiet and be thankful its gone

Has anyone else ever had this happen to them?

Thanks
Tim

  • same here with one on noodle , cant remember enough info to contact them and ask , as I have another one falling off next mth , I will wait another mth or so then pay £2 each for the other two reports.

makes me wonder if companies simply decide to use different credit checking agencies , much like we change our insurance companies etc.
