Slow Cooker for 2

I've got a Pyrex casserole dish that fits inside my slowcooker. If I want to cook a smaller portion I put the food in the Pyrex dish inside the SC, then put some water in the bottom of the SC so it doesn't cook dry. That way you get the flexibility to cook large or small meals according to what you fancy.
A big cooker is usually oval shaped which is ideal for cheap joints, or for a whole chicken - I find that SC chicken keeps really moist which is nice when you're eating the leftovers for a week
I've got a 4.5 litre cooker which is fine for 2-3 people. If you fancy that size it was the Anthony Worral Thompson one and I got it from Argos - I don't know if it's still available though.0 -
I bought a small SC by cookworks from Argos on sale £8. Jobs a good 'un and does us fine - we've also got a huge one which is too big for two of us (and I don't like slow cooked food frozen, I don't know why I just don't)0
