Child Trust Fund - Confused or MSE Error?

It says on the MSE 'child trust fund vouchers' page "All babies born between September 2002 and 2 January 2011 got £500 or more ...." and "cash vouchers of up to £250 (up to £500 if you were on a low income) that used to be handed out twice to each child"
but wikipedia says
"Osbourne .... announced that the £250 top up payments [made at age 7] into the child trust fund would cease in August 2010"
So would it more correct to say "kids born Sep 2002 - Aug 2003 got £500 or more, and kids born Aug 2003 - Jan 2011 got £250 or more"?
I ask cos I can only find a £268 deposit for my daughter born in 2004. So is there a second deposit I need to hunt down (implied by the MSE web page) or not?
Thanks v much!

Yes. My daughter was born late in August 2003 and did not receive the top-up, although most of her classmates (born before August) did.It says on the MSE 'child trust fund vouchers' page "All babies born between September 2002 and 2 January 2011 got £500 or more ...." and "cash vouchers of up to £250 (up to £500 if you were on a low income) that used to be handed out twice to each child"
