How long will DMP marker stay on file

I wrote to them, they said no.
Basically, MBNA hounded me when I got into difficulties (They were the worst of my creditors), and when I started the DMP with payplan, I didn't communicate with them at all because it was too stressful.
They got Payplan to increase payments slightly, and wrote to me to let me know that I agreed to x amount per month, and therefore my credit files would be adversely affected etc etc
I didn't realise I even had the letter, until I wrote to them last year. They told me so I checked my MBNA paper files and there it was.
So while annoying, it all seems to be accurately reported.
I have not seen one person report a victory against MBNA AP/AR markers after taking to ICO/FOS so I doubt it would get anywhere.
Like you I paid a lower amount from jan to June 2008 and then the dmp company agreed to increase it for this ten year pay down plan and like you they give me a lot of grief one day 22 calls0
