Any help appreciated. I am thick where computers are concerned and have a problem with Windows Mail.
I had some emails in my deleted folder that I was hoping to hold onto for a while. Checking I now find that these seem to have been automatically deleted which I didn't realise happened.
I now know that I should move these to a different folder if I want to hold onto them but my immediate problem is, is there any way to get these messages back?
Have had a look around the internet but can't seem to find anything about this.
Thanks in advance for any help you can give.

Windows Mail usually purges the deleted folders either after a set time or when you exit the program (there's an option somewhere to change how it works)
Once purged then no they re deleted and not recoverable, your only options are to try and recover the old database with something like Recuva, or restore files from a system restore.
Both present different problems, and neither are guaranteed to work.0 -
Your emails may have not been deleted off the email server depending on how things are set up, try logging into your email account through a web browser and see if they are there.Science isn't exact, it's only confidence within limits.0
