The following terms and conditions relate to: MY ARRIVA FREE PRIZE DRAW PROMOTION
Promoter:
British Bus Ltd (t/a Arriva), 487 Dunstable Road, Luton LU4 8DS UK.
Promotion start and end date:
The My Arriva Free Prize Draw Promotion commences on 12/02/2015 and finishes on 31/12/2015.
How to participate:
To be eligible for the Promotion, entrants must sign up to ‘My Arriva’ between the dates given
above. Entry is limited to one entry per person.
Prizes:
Winners will be drawn at random for the following prizes for each month during the prize draw
period:
5 x Arriva Weekly bus tickets. This means that five separate winners will each receive a
free Arriva Weekly ticket
3 x 4 Weekly tickets. This means that three separate winners will each receive a free Arriva
4 Weekly ticket
1 x 3 £50 One Shop voucher. This means that three separate winners will each receive a
£50 One Shop voucher
1 x 3 £50 Restaurant choice vouchers. This means that three separate winners will each
receive a £50 Restaurant Choice voucher
1 x iPhone or Smartphone. This means that one winner will receive an iPhone 5C or
Samsung Galaxy S5
 The Winners will be selected at random by the Promoter, on or around the 5th day of each
month during the prize draw period from all entries received during the previous month via
official Arriva Facebook pages and via the web page https://www.arrivabus.co.uk/my-arriva
 Each month there will be one Winner selected for each different prize.
 The Promoter will contact Winners of travel prizes within 28 days of selection date, by email
in the first instance.
 If the Winner does not respond within 28 days of the first notification, then the Winner
forfeits the right to that prize and the Promoter is free to nominate another Winner.
 Winners of none travel prizes agree to separate terms and conditions outlined by our prize
supplier which can be accessed here:
1) All prizes will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation
of the delivery address from the winner.
2) Should this product be unavailable at the time of purchase, NDL Group reserves the right to
substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications and models are subject to
change.
Restrictions:
 Entry is open to UK residents (excluding NI). Directors, management and employees of the
Promoter, or agencies and companies associated with this Promotion, are not eligible to
enter.
 No cash alternative is available.
 Prizes cannot be resold and are not transferable.
 The Promotion being run on Facebook does not mean it is in way sponsored, endorsed or
administered by, or associated with, Facebook and the participant is providing information
to the Promoter and not to Facebook.
 Entrance to the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these rules.
 The Promoter has the right to disqualify anyone who breaches any of these rules.
 The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion at any time.
 In the event that no entries are gathered, due to popularity or not meeting the criteria, the
prizes will be used for other competitions.
 Prizes may take between a week and three months to process.
 The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
