Thanks Fermi, it seems to me that they have placed these markers, in addition to a default (although the default was never actually recorded with CRA. I'm so relieved to finally have something in writing, as I think this will definitely help my argument.

Hi,

I think you are just about there with the correction.

Code marker 8 is Default Status as you know,so the 6 markers just need the amendment.

It was big weight off my shoulders when I got the correction with NWest,but I had a really good lady who looked into it and followed it through with the ammendment.

In my case an "administration" error, but somebody at sometime reported incorrect info and thus had over 5 years of the dreaded AR.

Now just waiting for the Default to expire,end of August so not long to go.

I'm sure you will get the same result,good luck and give us the good news when you get it.

Thank you. I'm so glad it's worked out for you. All I can do now and sit and wait for FOS, but I'm tentatively hoping now :-)
