Sky email re: Access Charges cancellation

Hi All,
Re-signed with Sky in November on a discounted rate (Phone, BB & TV for £xx.xx).
Got an email from Sky a few days ago regarding their access charge changes and that I can cancel my "communications products" as this is a change to the terms.
Got a letter through this morning increasing my TV price by £2 a month and saying that I can't cancel my TV as it's under 10% increase.
What would happen if I phoned to cancel because of the phone increase?
Looking online, I can see they charge for phone, tv and bb separately but I never agreed to three contracts with them and was sold a package deal - not three different services at three different prices.
Will they just cancel the phone & BB but still charge me full whack for the TV (which looking at the online breakdown is the full price but with the phone and BB discounted already) or will they cancel the whole package.
I imagine the former and, whilst I'd imagine if it went to small claims court I'd win as I was sold a package / mis-sold individual items, I imagine that they wouldn't take me to court but instead my credit record would be trashed!
Anyone got any experiences?

You were sold a package, but they are nevertheless 3 separate contracts. As the t&c's will no doubt reveal. No free lunch, and no free laptop
