Hello
I have had an Advantage Gold account from 2006. Natwest have recently agreed to refunding my charges up to 2010 only as they said they mailed out information relating to these charges after this date. Surely they should still refund right up to 2015 as its not the amount I am querying, the actual mis selling of it was the issue. Not sure if I am pushing my luck. Any advice as its another 5 years of charges I could possibly claim back?
Thanks in advance

I would imagine they have decided that the account wasn't fully explained to you at the time, but since 2010 they started explaining what you paid for - if you didn't want it, they would argue, you would have complained in 2010 as soon as you realised you didn't want/need the benefitsSam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
