You probably need to give a bit more info to get a response Do you mean that you have been collecting too much in pension contributions from the staff? or are you a member of staff who has had too much taken from their earnings?? What kind of scheme is it??My company have recently been audited, and found we have been paying too much pension.

Is it the employer contribution that is too much?
Is it the individual contribution?
Is it a pension in payment (retirement income)?
What type of pension is it?
What does your employer say when you ask them?I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0 -

It is a final salary scheme and I am a member of staff.
The problem was they were taking a percentage of my wage on everything earned inc overtime and holiday pay.
But it should of only been based on a 39hours plus shift pay.0 -
