I think it's a glitch though as loads of people are now banned.
I entered/liked this page yesterday and I've had the ban til 14th May for liking new pages as well. Ah well. More time for other comps!

I think you need to create a whole new topic, then at the bottom of the New Post bit there's an "Add Poll" link under the Additional Options section. I don't know how you use it though, never tried ... might be pretty self-explanatory?0
