Manifest Stupidity II: Green Walleted Monster aka How Much?!?

Isn't the problem in part at least that they don't have a leadership structure? IIRC, pretty much everything is up for a vote and as a result the manifesto ends up looking like the comment pages from The Grauniad.
I have never seen a party with so many policies. I reckon it would take them until 2100 to get them all through Parliament.
It is refreshing to see a wholly costed manifesto. I wonder how realistic the costs are.
I hear the Green party are using small kids in Far East sweatshops to come up with the sheer number of policies the party demands.
These kids work 14 hours a day; their only reward being 2 organic carrots at night and a slice of nutloaf.0 -
Can someone tell me why their leader is Australian? What's the deal there?0

It's so that when she gives a speech, everyone is covering their ears 'In nature, there are neither rewards nor punishments - there are Consequences.'0 -
I'm a small l liberal, but think everyone should be chained to a desk and made to read each party manifesto thoroughly, and their local MP's record before they can vote. That sounds a bit fascist, doesn't it?
The liberal equivalent of saying 'I'm not racist, right, but you have wonder about some of these (insert favoured perjorative term here)'0 -
Just watching the latest leadership debate (the one that Ed's at, but Clegg and Cameron are sitting out). Bennett has just pulled up Ed for saying that he would cap profits on companies working in the NHS at 5%. She said it should be 0%. Don't see how that will work. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Also at the leadership debate she stated that she has taken British Citizenship. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Which all of a sudden makes UKIP's immigration stance look rational...“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.

She has been on the nut roast most likely.
It's always amazing to see these politicians become procurement experts overnight.
We may get continual disagreement on here, but at least throwaway statements like the above are challenged.0
