Personally, I wouldnt talk to them because you have no way knowing what the claims company said in the complaint, which may mean you'll end up contradicting them, which is then an easy refusal for the bank.

    Unless you paid single premium?

Yes you do. The letter of complaint is supposed to be based on the answers provided to questions which the CMC asked the complainant. So assuming they have followed that there's no issue. Or you can request either the bank or the CMC send you a copy of it. Either way, if your complaint is valid then it will be upheld. If not then it's not right to expect money on the back of CMC lies.

To be blunt, bank complaint handlers are very wise to CMC tricks nowadays anyway and are getting sick of them. If they call and you refuse to speak to them they will likely draw the obvious conclusion from that alone.

    Very well put.

The quicker the lies and deceit of CMC's are unveiled and the fact that doing it yourself is revealed and accepted as the easiest and best option going forward to recover niss sold PPI is the day we need to rejoice.

I have three claims with Lloyds. I can't even remember taking 2 of the 3 loans out let alone the circumstances around agreeing to ppi.
So if Lloyds were being dishonest you would never have known about them.
Lloyds want to speak to me, not sure what to say, have no idea how much these loans were for!!

    Any advice?
Telling them the truth would seem a good start.
