I had an email on 14th January stating I won yet haven't received anything yet. I've tried emailing, contacting them through the website, through Facebook & Twitter yet no replies and still no headphones

Did anyone else here win with them?

I don't fancy ringing the number on the email as it's in Germany :eek:

just spotted this....Just wondering if you got anywhere with this. I also got the email from them and they have ignored all my attempts to contact them.. Same situation as you.

I rang the number above and was told I needed to speak to David ?? - they put me through to him but went to voicemail. I left a brief message explaining I had tried every possible way to contact them along with my name and phone number and nothing as yet! Glad to see I'm not the only one

Just to let you know I have spoken to David and he has explained that the original email was sent by an intern at the company and has progressed elsewhere. Hence no replies.
I have forwarded him a copy of the original email and he is going to look into it.
It's worth ringing the number until you can speak to David. Seemed helpful. Will see what happens next...

Fab, I rang just now but the phone was still going to voicemail so the lady gave me his email. Fingers crossed it gets sorted soon.

You'd think they'd leave the responsibility with someone higher than an intern

When I spoke to David last week I sent him my email and he said he had received it. Not heard anything since then. was going to give him another week before I chased again..

Finally received them this morning! I still hadn't heard back from anyone on Monday so sent a final email stating if someone didn't contact me just to let me know they had received my emails, I would be taking it further. David replied Tuesday and hey presto! they arrived today.

Pleased you have received your prize. I am still waiting. I got an email Tuesday saying Brian would now be dealing! Going to have to chase them again next week.
