I imagine they get a HUGE discount with their supplier, so if you get a kitchen from somewhere else, the money available will only be enough for something much cheaper.

Are teh alternatives really that bad? Could you not just pick one and negotiate some sort of up grade?
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

read the t&c's you signed, that will tell you
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

There will be nothing of the sort in the contract unless you had a spoken statement added where they have told you in no uncertain terms that you will have that kitchen.

I don't know what kitchen company TW use, but I've recently reserved a Bovis who use Synphony and there have been a few styles discontinued recently including the one we were going to choose, so we had to find an alternative design.

Our TW site use Manhatten kitchens but I think the site next door (different region of TW) uses Symphony.

But anyway, I really doubt that they have breached the contract - they can't supply something a manufacturer has discontinued so I'm pretty sure they'll have made sure such an eventuality is covered in the contract. It does seem strange though if you ordered and paid for the kitchen a year ago (I'm guessing you chose an upgraded kitchen option - we did too) but we didn't have to pay for any of our options until completion.

Its a shame that you don't like the new range as much as the old one, but I think you're going just have to accept it. If you don't particularly like any of the new kitchen choices then why not just have the included standard kitchen and once you have completed you can look at changing the doors yourself.
