TSB Classic Plus accounts, annual tax statement/certificate

i've got 2 of these accounts & have only received a message on one of them to download my 2014/15 annual interest statement (which i need for my tax return).
i've just spent ages searching but i can't see any way of getting the same on my other account & i've no idea why i haven't received a similar message on the 2nd account (they were both opened within a few days of each other). can anyone point me in the right direction please?
n.b. i've tried the 'self-service' section before you log-in but that only has past years available to request.

I think you're only allowed one account.

True for people opening a first (and therefore only) account but originally it was possible to open two. I and many others did so.
But, sorry, can't help the OP.
ETA: Other than to suggest simply adding all the monthly amounts received in the second account.0 -
it's 2 if you had the 1st before last November (?) and applied for the 2nd before 1st Feb this year (I may be a bit out on the dates but you get the principle). The questions that get the best answers are the questions that give most detail....0

I have a spreadsheet for all my tax stuff each year, including monthly interest, that I update as I go along, specifically to avoid this type of hassle. I'd suggest that the OP does the same going forward.'I want to die peacefully in my sleep, like my father. Not screaming and terrified like his passengers.' (Bob Monkhouse).
Sky? Believe in better.
Note: win, draw or lose (not 'loose' - opposite of tight!)0 -
these accounts were opened within a few days of each other in April 2014, i think at that time it was 2 accounts per sole applicant & 1 joint account too.
i have just rang TSB to query & they've ordered a statement on my 2nd a/c & just said that all statements would be issued/available online by 30 June latest, no reason known why 1 a/c done straight away & the other not (same as my husbands accounts).
a spreadsheet is a good idea for keeping track but this is the 1st time that i've had any issue with an interest statement/tax certificate so not really had any need before.0 -
The odd (and disappointing) thing given they effectively share the same IT platform is that you can order a tax certificate from Lloyds using their Self Service option for 14/15 - but for some reason the last two years are not offered as a option on TSB's self service version.
