i bought a pair of shoes from hotter and after wearing them for a while I developed a blister on one heel. I phoned them for advice and they immediately said they would exchange them for another pair. They have a 90 day returns policy which in this day and age is incredible. Today I took them back and got another pair. :T Well done Hotter Shoes
yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift thats why its called the present
