ANPR PCN issued AFTER BPA termination

Options
Hi all,

I am quite familiar with the whole PPC thing, I have won an appeal in the past. But I recently got issued a PCN from ANPR Parking Control ltd on the 8th april, from an incident caught on camera on the 24th of march. I had overstayed a 2 hour parking limit by 15 minutes.

I was about to send off an appeal but heard about ANPR being terminated from BPA on 2nd April and thus barred from obtaining keeper details via DVLA. Seeing as my PCN was issued on 8th April, does this mean I don't have to do anything and they can no longer pursue me? Or should I still appeal?

at the time of the incident they were BPA members , appeal as the keeper , don,t expect to win , and don,t expect a POPLa code in there letter , then ask uncle trev for a POPLa code

Wait for the NTK though. It might not arrive, but he's talking about requesting data for trespass manually via the DVLA. If that happens, ignore ANPR and complain to the DVLA, pointing out the BPA ban.

if you have a popla code , appeal to popla

if not, use the template in post #1 of the newbies thread to appeal as KEEPER to anpr, demanding a popla code (as they were not terminated at that point)

as members at the time they have to issue a popla code , but as I said if you have the popla code then use it

It's ANPR Parking Control Ltd., not Trev's mob at all. BPA member so follow the standard course of action.

Does the NTK come after the PCN? (I got the PCN in the mail already) Or is that the same thing? The PCN states that they obtained my details from DVLA as the registered keeper

Yes that'll be the PCN you got in the mail. Respond to is using the usual process in the newbies thread.

Apologies for assuming this was plain "ANPR".
