MightyDeals yet again, failing to meet commitments

In summary, this goes back to Christmas and MightyDeals incorrectly advertising heated car seat covers as available for "Xmas delivery". They weren't and came some time in January. I sent them back and got a refund on the purchase, but not on the postage. Despite numerous posts here and emails from Francesca and Annabelle in customer services assuring me that this would be resolved, we are now into April and nothing. Not even the decency to a reply.
This company has shocking customer care. I would advise anyone out there to use at their peril.
