Emirates Complaint

I have used Emirates online complaint form to which I received any acknowledgement of receipt.
This was over 2 months ago.
In the meantime I have also contacted them by Twitter 3 weeks ago and have recieved a direct message back that they will look in to how the complaint is progressing.
It seems to me that I'm not getting a reply.
My question is does anyone have an alternative email address, or any suggestion on sending to a specific department or person.

Have you tried contacting them on Facebook? I'm a huge fan of Emirates as a product but their customer service does sometimes leave a lot to be desired.
If you wrote on here what your complaint was/is, Im sure someone can give you a yes/no or certainly advise you how best to proceed if you are not getting any joy?
Also try going on the flyer talk forum for advice regarding your complaint.

Facebook is something I don't use.
Was my first flight with Emirates and I can say the the service on board was brilliant, However we did have a few issues regarding flight delay, missed connecting flight and delayed baggage.
Getting info on the delays and the luggage was a nightmare, customer service on the ground when you need it most was appalling.
We where given hotel accommodation and food, but internet or telephone was not offered, nor was any local currency.
We actually felt dump in a strange place alone for 24 hours with nothing to do, it was obvious to use from the start that our connection would be missed, would it not have been simpler better we stayed in Manchester.0 -
What was the reason for the delay? I assume the strange place you were dumped in was Dubai?0

There was an original 1 to 1 1/2 hour delay due to late incoming flight.
Whilst sat on the plane we were further delayed.

Has compensation I have been offered 25,000 Emirates Skywards points.
In simple terms what would this get me?
Would it for instance cover an upgrade from economy on a flight Manchester to Perth ?0 -
There is a calculator on their Emirates website that would easily give you your answer.0

It is worth having a read here, depending on your destination after Dubai, you could be due €600 per person
