Been looking for conveyancer for a property in Kent I'm selling very straight forward no mortgage to pay off, no rush, currently empty etc.
Had a quote from Solicitor for £1200 which I thought a little steep considering its so staight forward so had a look online and FridaysMove gave me a fixed fee quote of just over £500 - seems too good to be true.
So wondering if anyone else has used them and thier view on the service they provided.
Thanks.

Or can anyone recommend an online conveyancer?0

Sale only, I'd say £450 + VAT would be about the best for a local solicitor firm.
I wouldn't use an online conveyancing warehouse.I am a mortgage broker. You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
