Really don't think they know what's happening them selves ..if it says issued its in ya bank they next day ..or do they mean its issued on there screen but with backlog it's taking longer to show on computer at your end x

if you phone 0300 200 3300 you will hear a message telling you that they are updating there systems and will start reviewing them shortly, just by pass all the stupid recorded messages and get to an adviser, they will tell you what they told me, simple

We'll I said I was on a forum and so many people saying they on security checks where's the 1 in 10 cos it doesn't work out right most people on here only ever wait 5 to 6 days in past experiences and I've been no different in 13 yrs of self assessment rebates. I think it's delay tactics personally tell you it's issued and hope you go away :-/ if issued always says on my page and been pending ever since done we'll see tom when it updates hopefully have good news to share but not counting on it gl all hope better news soon for us all.

Surely if it's being security checked it should say 'Security Check' on the status... It's ridiculous
