HMRC Repayment Pending

i have been selected for security checks the last 3 years in a row, currently on the phone on hold for 34 minutes, no doubt they wont answer as they close at 8......... anyway in my past experiance security check usualy take 15 days (working days) to proccess..... if it takes any longer than this, then congratulations you have been selected for further suecurity checks lol

did you receive a message saying you were having security checks or did you call them and ask them?

If nothing happens by a Thursday morning update then if it's been pending 10 or more working days it might pay to ring them but they do say allow 4wks after requesting payment

yes i phoned , they says that there was a problem with thier security system but they have started proccesing payments, so mines hase been proccessed but not yet issued, as i stated before i envisage this to happen on friday allthough it is possable tommorow wed, as thats the usual days, however it nomrally changes to issued a day before it will hit your bank.... hope this helps some of you

I just don't get why they are being so dishonest, they tell you you are on a security check, then the security system has problems. Why not put it on the site what the issue is, this is my first sa and im worn out by it all.

Why is it day behind so we have to wait till the next working day to see we haven't been issued. It's the same felling I get waiting for the lottery numbers knowing I'm to be let down again lol

Just been on hold for 45 mins get through told mines been issued but may be 10 to 14 days till I receive it? If been issued why the poxy wait says back log and all be sorted from 20/04 getting through the backlog so asked if being done on date order of when submitted as done mine on 7th he said yes so why the wait lol when others are receiving payments.

She said to me the lovely advisor you are under security review and will write to me on by the 18th may if its not resolved before they have to say this apparantly why didnt they say this last week lol fumin sick brasick all at same time joke innit ive ranted all day on here at least you lot can feel my pain lol
