As you say you don't own your home, then speak to Stepchange (or other debt charity) about a DRO. You can have one every 6 years and what happens is that the debt charity will contact your debtors to see if they will agree to wipe-out your debts.
As for the Court, having been there myself I can say that it is nothing like Judge Rinder.
It is just a County Court Judge sitting one side of a table, whilst you and your opponent sit the other.
The case hearing is more like a discussion than a grilling.Never Knowingly Understood.

Send the form to both , photo copy one to restons alsoDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

If admitting the claim in full and making an offer to pay, the completed original form MUST go to the claimant or their solicitors. Depending on which are named for that purpose on claim forms.
You can copy to the court if you wish to cover things.
Always return to the claimant or their solicitors by recorded post at least. Otherwise you may find that they forget to tell the court of your response or deny that you replied.

Speak to Stepchange, and ask them if you would be suitable and would you qualify for a Debt Relief Order.
