Notwithstanding court papers, the only letters you are now likely to get are debt collector letters and the more you respond to them, the more they will write to you. Hence the advice we continue to have to say, every time, like a 'cracked record' is IGNORE debt collector letters.

You won't hear another squeak from the IPC, the IAS or the PPC (unless LBA/MCOL).

You have exhausted the appeals process.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

You don't want to let the PPC artificially inflate the debt by using debt collectors though. I would advise one more letter to the PPC advising them that in your belief the assessor's judgment was fatally flawed. Be polite and don't refer to kangaroo courts because this letter may go in front of a judge.

State the the debt is denied and so the use of debt collectors is not appropriate and will be a waste of their money. You are open to furthjer ADR to settle the issue, or failing that, wish to settle via litigation. You require a letter before claim compliant with practice directions if they wish to do this.

Vehicle Control Services Ltd announced that with effect from Monday 29th September 2014, it had formally become a member of the Independent Parking Committee (IPC) which is an officially recognised Approved Trade Association by the DVLA for the private parking industry.

In joining the Independent Parking Committee, VCS adheres to the IPC's Accredited Operator Scheme and complies in full with the IPC's Code of Practice. The move to join the IPC means that Vehicle Control Services will still remain a member of the British Parking Association (BPA) but will effective from this date no longer be a member of the BPA Approved Operator
