Hi,
After some help please from those that take family hols abroad in non term time. Wasn't a problem when it was just me and the misses but this is unfamiliar now.
Im looking for something simple, somewhere abroad, somewhere sunny. Don't mind self catering or all inc/HB.
Wheres cheaper destinations in Europe but also safe and family friendly. Spain, Cyprus etc?
Whose the best companies to go through that inc everything like flight, transfer and baggage?
Doesn't nessecarily need to be the main companies but can also be smaller ones that are trustworthy and reliable and wont break the bank. Presume the best times to go in either the easter hols or the May ones rather than August.
Any help appreciated please?

For the biggest choice of availability I would say May is your best option. Simply because easter is the start of the season in many places, with some resorts not yet open and October is the end of season with many places closing down leaving you a little restricted for choice and also weather
At may half term most places will have reasonable weather so Greece, southern Spain,Cyprus, turkey,Malta,Portugal will all be good choices. Northern Spain (Costa brava or Costa dorada should be ok but can be hit and miss).
Booking wise if you really want to book it all in one place then look at Travel Republic, On the Beach, sunshine.Co .UK or low cost holidays. It's always worth checking out your local independent travel agent too and perhaps lookin at a high street agent such as Thomas Cook or Thomsons as cheap deals can be found.Lea

Not sure if you'd think of camping (if you haven't already got stuff it may not be a cheap option)
I would also consider going in July / August to places you can get to on a ferry.
For self catering, look at Owners Direct, as some of the places on offer are off the beaten track, they can be cheaper.0 -
Campings for Summer :-)
Sun Holidays are for Easter :-)
Would like to give my kids ( and misses ) a treat somewhere completely new ( abroad )0
