Over the two days you will have the chance to hear from those who are as passionate about food as you are, including Shelia Dillon, who presents BBC Radio 4’s Food Programme and renowned food historian Ivan Day. They will be joined by award-winning food writer Bee Wilson, Chris Dee, who is CEO of the family-run supermarket Booths, and food campaigner Allison Palmer among others.
The course is perfect for anyone who loves good food, as well as food bloggers and those working in the catering or local produce trade. It costs £85 for two days, including refreshments and lunch, and can be booked via the website.
To enter the competition simply fill in the form below before 4pm on 16th April. The winner will be notified shortly afterwards.
