    Yeah it wouldn't of been too bad but over night they decided to put the rented house up for sale and it sold a lot quicker than the landlord thought. So next min we were given our 2minths notice! Which isn't ideal when your trying to buy!
    Yeah it just made sense. Yeah fingers crossed!

    Still no news! :(. Tried to ring estate agents yesterday but there telephone lines were down so I emailed and they said someone should be contacting me today! But not heard a thing!

    Hope you hear soon! We had a really quick response to our offer but the estate agent kept being out when I rang back to find out the result (missed a call, frustratingly) so we didn't find out until much later in the day. So they could be sitting on it!

    We never got it! Abit annoyed as we've not heard for days and then had a call from estate agents before saying that they have had 4 offers on the house and could we increase before they put them to the vendor. So offered asking price, but it wasn't acceoted as they said a much higher offer was accepted!

    Oh no :-( No wonder they took so long to reply if there was a lot of interest. Guess somebody was really really keen. How frustrating.

    I know, it just makes me think how much higher did they go. Hey ho! We've been looking for months, looked a few houses but this was the only one that we both really liked!
